General Client Services

Ioforge tries very hard to satisfy its clients through superior quality designs and prompt deliveries. In addition to this we go the extra mile. Included with any service or product our clients purchase from us, we provide a client login. The client area provides a dashboard view of their existing services and products, past services or products that have been completed, and a personal information panel, displaying contacts, phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, and other information to assist in our keeping in touch.

On the dashboard, each prior service or product listed can drill down to another screen where all the documentation from the purchase order, to the design specifications, to the project schedule and more can be viewed in PDF format. In addition to viewing the contact info, prior projects, and the attendant documentation the dashboard displays the current project with a calendar showing the project schedule and its progress. Our developers and designers have an interface they can log into, and are encouraged to update the schedule each time they have completed a task. This provides our clients with a clear view of where we are with the project.

Finally, the dashboard includes an interface whereby our clients can submit a support ticket should there ever be an issue with the software, graphic design, or website that had been completed. Depending on the level of support we have arranged, our clients are encouraged to use the support desk feature for problematic issues, or requests for changes, and new features. As our clients are with us already, any new projects can be requested this way.
